Our Menu

has a lot to offer you. Of course most of all the many different dishes from the sea, but for you who simply don´t like sea food we have a lot of options. Influences in our big variety of dishes you´ll find from the Guatemalan and the International – specially the Italian, Chinese and Scandinavian – cousin, BUT always with our special touch! Like home made French Fries, mashed potatoes, black beans and so on.



Vegetarian dishes (organic food)

You have eighth (8) different plates with vegetarian food; for example three soups, two salads and three more options for example our Vegetable beefs.

Salads

There are 7 different salads, two of them vegetarians and the others we can describe as mixed, shrimps and others.

Sea food
We offer you 16 different plates with sea food.  Highly liked are our Fried fish, our Shark, the Fish file with herbs, the Spaghetti with shrimps, Shrimps with garlic, Tropical shrimps and Octopus. And among our national guests our different “Ceviches” are one of our most popular dishes of sea food.

Chicken
You´ll find six different chicken dishes on our menu, and even here we can promise you that these are dishes you won´t find anywhere else.

Meat
Our Spaghetti Bolognesa and our Chow Mein with meat are very popular, but also the Russian pork chop and Beef “a la plancha” with our own, home made mashed potatoes are liked among our guests.

Other options
If you still haven´t found anything of interest, we have quite many other options to offer you; all from “Cena Chapina” and “Pyttipanna” till Hamburgers with home made French fries and “Smorgas”…

Desserts
You might like something sweet and in our Menu you´ll find five different alternatives. You have some Guatemalan dishes, a Chinese dish and maybe the big favourite among our foreign guests, the Flambée fruits with ice cream.

There you have five different options, all served with oatmeal, orange juice and coffee or tea.
